Return and Refund Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All custom manufactured items are exempt from this. As a company we operate a repair before refund policy. Under Online Trading Law we are entitled to collect, repair or replace any custom manufactured items. This is at our discretion.

Damaged Items

Should a defect occur with the goods due to the fault of the Company, we will give you appropriate options which may include a repair, replacement or partial refund. If the Company is not given a reasonable opportunity to rectify any defect, the Purchaser will not be reimbursed should he choose to rectify it himself or with a third party.

Criteria for Issuing a Refund:

Prior to shipping your product, verify the guidelines in order to avoid any delay/denial in processing your return:

▪ Products must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and shipped securely

▪ Products must be free from any damage including (but not limited to) dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication   of removed screws/fasteners or seals etc.

▪ Products labeled with a security seal must be intact/non-tampered

Defective/Missing Units:

Products which arrive defective or in a damaged state or with missing units will be resolved in the following way:

▪ Replacing all the affected units

▪ Giving a partial credit for the affected units

Return Shipping Cost:

We will provide a free return label for return at no cost to you through email.

Refunds policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A free return label will be given.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 Business Days of returning your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We do not charge a restocking fee.
